Account Manager Intern

SIEIN is a mobility platform helping travelers book vehicles through trusted partners across Europe and the Middle East.

We work closely with our partners to deliver a seamless customer experience while building efficient operational processes powered by technology.

We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Account Manager Intern to support partner relationships, operational workflows, and business process improvements.

This role is ideal for someone interested in startups, operations, partnerships, and technology-driven businesses.

Support onboarding and activation of new partners.

Maintain communication with existing partners and assist with day-to-day operational needs.

Monitor booking workflows and ensure smooth operational execution.

Help manage operational notifications, automations, and internal processes.

Coordinate with internal teams and partners to resolve operational issues.

Assist in documenting and improving business processes.

Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

Strong communication skills in English.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms.

Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.

Interest in business operations, partnerships, and startups.

Hands-on experience in account management and partner operations.

Exposure to international business partnerships.
