Role Overview
Join the Holiday and Short-Term Rentals team as an Account Manager.
The role liaises between the company and landlords for queries, concerns, and ongoing property management needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of up to 100 landlords and maintain strong relationships.
- Lead face-to-face meetings and coordinate exchanges between clients and internal teams.
- Negotiate additional properties to manage, maximize profit, and retain business year over year.
- Cross-sell services to other departments within the group.
- Address property owners' needs quickly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication and customer service ability.
- Diligent, proactive, resilient, and strategic approach.
- Problem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure.
- Valid driver's license is essential.
- Holiday home experience is an advantage.
