Role Overview
The Account Manager manages day-to-day client relationships and supports successful delivery of projects and marketing campaigns.
The role liaises between clients and internal creative, strategy, media, digital, and production teams.
The position supports client satisfaction, operational excellence, and account growth.
Client and Campaign Management
- Maintain regular client communication, manage expectations, and provide project-status updates.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and projects to meet requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Understand client goals and align marketing activities with those goals.
- Monitor progress, resolve risks and issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
Reporting and Account Support
- Prepare client reports and presentations on campaign performance and insights.
- Support account directors and senior account management with growth opportunities and proposals.
- Manage account budgets and billing with finance teams.
- Maintain accurate client communications and documentation.
- Assist with campaign briefs, marketing plans, and strategic materials.
Agency Standards
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to provide innovative recommendations.
- Comply with agency standards, internal processes, legal requirements, and client policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in Account Management.
- Experience managing mid-sized accounts and coordinating project delivery.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and client organizational structures.
- Fluency in the country’s respective native language and in written and spoken English.
- Additional language skills are advantageous.
