Company Description

  • Manages private events, weddings, corporate functions, conferences, staff parties, themed events, and product launches.

Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Account Manager Event role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as primary point of contact from initial inquiry through post event follow up.
  • Daily responsibilities include understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, coordinating entertainment options, and overseeing event planning details.
  • Manage budgets and quotations, negotiate with suppliers and talent, and ensure services are delivered on time and to agreed standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, attend client meetings and site visits, and support business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven account management skills including client relationship building, stakeholder management, and service delivery ownership.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Budgeting and financial management capabilities including cost estimation, quotation preparation, and tracking event profitability.
  • Hands on event planning experience covering timelines, logistics, vendor coordination, and on site event management.
  • Sales and negotiation skills with experience in converting inquiries to confirmed bookings and identifying upsell or cross sell opportunities.
  • Experience in the events, entertainment, hospitality, or related industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under time pressure.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and event management tools; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
  • Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Must have an active driving license.
