About the Role
4T is seeking an experienced Account Manager for CFD and Forex trading to focus on business development of retail and professional clients in the MENA region. The role involves client acquisition, retention, lead generation, and meeting sales quotas.

Responsibilities
- Focus on business development of retail and professional clients
- Cover MENA clients
- Maximize existing revenue streams and build on existing relationships
- Meet assigned annual sales quotas, both individual and team management
- Lead Generation and Conversion
- Client acquisitions and retention
- Generating Volume
- Generate an effective client on boarding strategy with management
- Work closely with the marketing team to help with campaigns and events
- Build out scope for expanding the sales team and acting as the hiring manager
- Set budgets for sales & marketing expenditure
- Keep a record of territorial market trends and requirements and share insights with product teams
Requirements
- University degree in finance or relevant field
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in Sales
- Excellent product knowledge and market experience in Forex, index and commodity futures and cash equities
- Fluent English and Arabic
- Good IT skills & knowledge of MetaTrader 4 and 5 and PXM aggregator
- Leadership skills to motivate a team
- Good understanding of FCA and FSA regulations

Overview
- We are looking for an experienced and self driven Account Manager for a financial brokerage offering FX and CFDs.
Job Responsibilities

- Product coverage FX pairs, Indices, Commodities, Equities
Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in finance or another relevant fields
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in Sales
- Excellent product knowledge and market experience in Forex, index and commodity futures and cash equities
Skills
- Ideally you will have a transportable client base
- Sales background and network of knowing how to build a Retail offering and onboard clients
- FX & CFD Brokerage experience
- Fluent English and Arabic
- You will already be in a position as Head of Sales or someone looking to take the next step up
- Good IT skills & knowledge of MetaTrader 4 and 5 and PXM aggregator
- Leadership skills to motivate a team and set right example and culture
- Good understanding of FCA and FSA regulations
