Role Description

  • The Account Manager role is a full time, on site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of healthcare clients, serving as the primary point of contact, managing relationships, and ensuring that client growth objectives are met.
  • Day to day responsibilities include coordinating cross functional activities between marketing, front desk operations, and finance teams, tracking performance against agreed KPIs, and preparing clear, actionable reports and recommendations.
  • The role involves leading client meetings, gathering and translating business requirements into plans, monitoring campaign and conversion performance, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve enquiry to patient conversion and revenue outcomes.
  • The Account Manager will also support contract renewals, manage timelines and deliverables, and collaborate closely with internal specialists to implement solutions that align with each client’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Client relationship and account management skills, including stakeholder communication, expectation setting, and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in coordinating cross functional work across marketing, operations/front desk, and finance or revenue management teams.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities, including comfort with KPIs, CRM tools, spreadsheets, and performance dashboards.
  • Background in healthcare, health tech, or professional services consulting is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages relevant to the region are an advantage.
  • Proven ability to work on site with client facing responsibilities in a fast paced, growth focused environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
