Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of healthcare clients, serving as the primary point of contact and managing relationships
- Coordinate cross functional activities between marketing, front desk operations, and finance teams
- Track performance against agreed KPIs and prepare clear, actionable reports and recommendations
- Lead client meetings, gather and translate business requirements into plans
- Monitor campaign and conversion performance, proactively identify opportunities to improve enquiry to patient conversion and revenue outcomes
- Support contract renewals, manage timelines and deliverables, and collaborate with internal specialists to implement solutions
Requirements
- Client relationship and account management skills, including stakeholder communication, expectation setting, and conflict resolution
- Experience in coordinating cross functional work across marketing, operations/front desk, and finance or revenue management teams
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities, including comfort with KPIs, CRM tools, spreadsheets, and performance dashboards
- Background in healthcare, health tech, or professional services consulting is highly beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages relevant to the region are an advantage
- Proven ability to work on site with client facing responsibilities in a fast paced, growth focused environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously

Role Description
- The Account Manager role is a full time, on site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of healthcare clients, serving as the primary point of contact, managing relationships, and ensuring that client growth objectives are met.
- Day to day responsibilities include coordinating cross functional activities between marketing, front desk operations, and finance teams, tracking performance against agreed KPIs, and preparing clear, actionable reports and recommendations.
