Company Overview

  • We are partnering with a leading global integrated marketing and communications company that is expanding its international team. They are currently looking for an experienced Account Manager to support a major global technology brand across the Middle East market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a key international client, managing day to day communications and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Understand clients' integrated marketing strategies and translate them into effective execution plans across branding, digital marketing, PR, social media, influencer marketing, events, and offline campaigns.
  • Lead end to end project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams including strategy, creative, media, PR, content, design, and production throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local partners, including media, KOLs, influencers, PR agencies, and event vendors to support successful campaign execution.
  • Work closely with regional stakeholders and overseas teams to ensure smooth cross border collaboration and project delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support business growth through account expansion and additional marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Project Management within an advertising, integrated marketing, or digital marketing agency.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, PR, influencer marketing, and events.
  • Exposure to overseas markets such as the Middle East, GCC, Europe, or other international regions will be highly advantageous.
  • Strong client management, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, cross cultural environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting overseas Chinese brands or international technology brands.
  • Familiarity with Middle East market trends, local media ecosystem, or KOL/influencer marketing.
  • Understanding of regional cultural and marketing practices within the GCC market.
  • Arabic language proficiency will be considered an advantage.
