Role Description
- The Account Manager internship role is a remote position focused on supporting client relationships and service delivery
- Day to day tasks include assisting with client onboarding, gathering and documenting client requirements, and coordinating with internal teams
- Ensure services such as training, recruitment support, and profile optimization are delivered on time
- Help track project progress, prepare status updates, and maintain accurate records in CRM or project management tools
- Additional responsibilities may include conducting basic market and client research, supporting proposal and presentation preparation, and contributing to continuous improvement of account management processes
Qualifications
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships, with strong client service, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, including task prioritization, follow through, and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency with digital tools such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, presentation software, and online communication platforms
- Comfort with remote work, including self motivation, reliability, and effective written and verbal communication in virtual settings
- Analytical and problem solving skills, with the capacity to interpret client needs and support tailored solutions
- Interest in professional services, recruitment, training, or career development; prior internship or project experience in related areas is a plus
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
