Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identify sales opportunities, prepare and deliver proposals, and coordinate with internal teams on pricing and delivery.
- Follow up on orders and after sales support.
- Monitor market trends, participate in client meetings and product presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve sales targets and report on pipeline and performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship management, ideally within distribution, networking, or industrial solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to work on site in Qatar.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is beneficial.
