Monks is seeking a client-first Account Manager or Engagement Manager for its Melbourne Data & Analytics team.
The role owns enterprise client relationships, grows accounts, expands work scope, and ensures measurable value from data investments.
The position combines relationship management, commercial expansion, delivery oversight, consultancy, and SOW management.
Client relationship management
- Own day-to-day and strategic relationships with enterprise clients across data and analytics engagements.
- Map stakeholder landscapes and build rapport with decision-makers, influencers, and sponsors.
- Serve as the primary contact and translate technical delivery outputs into business value.
- Run client check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and roadmap sessions.
Account growth and delivery
- Identify new workstreams, expanded scope, and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Contribute to proposals, SOW development, and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor account health, revenue trajectory, and renewal risk.
- Oversee onshore and offshore delivery teams and manage risks, expectations, priorities, and resource requirements.
