Role Description
Green Zone is hiring an Account Manager – Cybersecurity & IT Solutions to support business growth in Saudi Arabia.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.
The role manages client relationships, understands business needs, and aligns cybersecurity and IT solutions with customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee account portfolios, coordinate security and IT solution delivery, prepare proposals, and conduct regular business reviews.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and security operations teams to ensure service quality, address incidents, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support customer onboarding, provide ongoing customer service, and contribute to sales growth through consultative solution positioning.
Qualifications
- Strong account management skills, including relationship building, portfolio management, and consultative selling.
- Foundational cybersecurity knowledge and understanding of security frameworks, threat landscapes, and IT solutions.
- Excellent customer service skills focused on responsiveness, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with physical security and security operations for integrated solution coordination and incident handling.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple accounts, and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in cybersecurity or the IT industry is a strong advantage.
