Account Manager- Club Marine (103413)

The main purpose of this role is to maximise revenue from a set number of Partner accounts in order to achieve agreed revenue targets / sales quotas and ensure complete Partner satisfaction when dealing with the organisation.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and delivering tailored solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and meet client objectives.

Monitor account performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights.

Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and contractual obligations.

Proven experience in account management or client servicing roles.

Marine industry experience is preferred, with an understanding of the sector's market dynamics, stakeholders and operational environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.

Analytical ability to interpret data and develop strategic recommendations.

Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics to support client growth.

Able to travel across the state and have weekend availability.

A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
