The opportunity
Join the Ottawa Senators as a client-facing Account Manager, Business Development professional.
Generate revenue through the sale of ticketing and premium products, including suites, season ticket packages, and group sales.
There are two vacancies for this role.
Key responsibilities
- Represent the Ottawa Senators professionally in the Gatineau and surrounding business communities.
- Sell season ticket packages, premium hospitality, and group or suite outings.
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through businesses, associations, former clients, current customers, and professional networks.
- Record activity and sales pipeline details in the CRM system.
- Provide fans and customers with timely, efficient service.
- Build positive working relationships across the sales team.
- Host clients, network, and staff sales kiosks during game nights.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications and experience
- At least two years of outbound prospecting and lead generation experience.
- Proven record of exceeding annual revenue targets.
- Ability to cross-functionally train across product lines and business units.
