The Account Manager will manage business customers from SMB through enterprise, champion customer success, and support business expansion.
Responsibilities
- Own customer relationships as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Lead onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement with the Base44 platform.
- Drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and broader account growth.
- Monitor customer health, usage, satisfaction, churn risk, and retention.
- Share customer feedback with product, engineering, and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and support on the client experience.
- Deliver business reviews that demonstrate ROI and help customers achieve objectives.
- Use AI tools for communications, insight synthesis, and lightweight internal tooling.
- Build automations, templates, and AI-powered workflows that improve account operations.
- Establish scalable playbooks, tooling, and operating processes for the team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of account management or customer success experience in a B2B technology company.
- Experience managing mid-market and enterprise customers in SaaS, AI, developer tools, machine learning, or related technology.
- Track record of driving account growth, renewals, and customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working in a high-growth environment and experimenting with AI tools and automation.
- Experience with AI platforms, developer-focused solutions, or technical customer onboarding is a bonus.
Compensation
- Expected base compensation is $125,000 to $150,000 per year.
- Company RSUs are included as part of the compensation package.
