Role Overview

  • As an Account Manager, your role will be focused on regional accounts who are using Seequent software for geological modelling, analysis, visualization and decision making.
  • The goal of this role is to enable the region to meet its strategic objective of sustainable, long term sales growth.
  • You will work closely with the Manager, Account Management to define a strategy in the accounts.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Work with the Manager, Account Management to ensure sales activities lead to achievement of company growth and profitability
  • Stay abreast of all activity associated with your assigned accounts
  • Understand our customers technical problems, client needs, and set meetings with appropriate Seequent team members
  • Manage and lead the negotiation and closing of business to business and sales contracts
  • Be a CRM champion by keeping information accurate records
  • Participate and lead monthly sales and annual target forecasting of your assigned accounts
  • Conduct regular reporting to clients of their software usage
  • Lead quarterly client catch up meeting with your assigned accounts
  • Understand and quantify potential opportunities associated with our current accounts
  • Collaborate with the Sales team and Technical Solutions Specialists/Leads to accurately assess all opportunities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years sales experience (Software and/or Geosciences)
  • Demonstrated capability with enterprise sales and solution selling
  • Account management and negotiation – having the ability to set a strategy through robust account planning
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, decision making and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Highly motivated, with an ability to work independently and prioritize your work
  • Proactive approach – identifying ways to improve processes
  • Native Arabic speaker (proficient in Arabic). Proficiency in Turkish and/or French languages would be a plus

Working conditions

  • Hybrid working mode, with frequent travel to visit clients at their offices/sites/training centres or for internal/external events.
  • Due to the global nature of the role flexibility in hours of work will be required.
