Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support, client service, or related roles, preferably in a remote setting
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and MS Office applications
- Self motivated with a high degree of professionalism and accountability
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
