- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts in a part time capacity
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Dubai, with proficiency in digital collaboration tools
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, communications, social sciences, or a related field is preferred

Role Description
- The Account Manager role is a part time, hybrid position based in Dubai, with a combination of on site work and flexible work from home arrangements.
- The Account Manager will oversee relationships with partners, donors, and stakeholders, ensuring timely communication, accurate reporting, and effective delivery of commitments.
Day to Day Tasks
- Managing account portfolios, responding to inquiries, coordinating meetings, and maintaining up to date records in organizational systems
- Collaborating with program teams to understand project needs, aligning partner expectations, and identifying opportunities for engagement and support
- Assisting in developing training materials for partners, supporting customer service initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement of relationship management processes
Qualifications
- Strong customer focused mindset with proven Customer Service and Account Management skills
