Responsibilities
- Record and manage day to day accounting transactions
- Process purchase invoices, credit notes, supplier payments, and journal entries using Zoho Books
- Perform regular bank and cash reconciliations
- Monitor and maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Follow up on customer collections and vendor payments
- Assist with monthly and annual financial closing activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Mandatory hands on experience with Zoho Books
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Overview
- We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Accounts Executive to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of accounting experience and strong hands on expertise in Zoho Books.
Key Responsibilities
