Role Description

This is a high-reward, performance-driven sales role with uncapped earning potential.
A significant portion of compensation is tied directly to sales performance and closed deals.

We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, creating opportunities, and winning new business.
This is a hybrid role based in Riyadh.
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the sales process from prospecting to signed contract, building relationships with decision-makers, conducting product demos, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals.
What You'Ll Do
- Identify and approach potential employer clients across Saudi Arabia.
- Build relationships with HR, People, Rewards, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
- Generate your own pipeline through networking, referrals, outreach, and partnerships.
- Conduct product presentations and demos.
- Manage opportunities from first conversation to signed contract.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Work directly with the founders to help grow the business.
Who We'Re Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate opportunities and close deals.
- Comfortable speaking with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
- Experience in HR technology, payroll, employee benefits, SaaS, fintech, insurance, consulting, or financial services is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Compensation
- Significant performance-based compensation.
- No earning cap.
- Top performers can earn substantially more than traditional salaried sales roles.
- Compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process.
