About the Role
Four is seeking an Account Executive for its healthcare media team to support paid media campaigns for pharmaceutical and medical device brands. You will assist with planning, activation, and optimisation across social and professional platforms.

Responsibilities
- Support the smooth running of client accounts alongside wider client team
- Assist with planning and buying paid media campaigns across social and professional platforms
- Build and deploy campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta and Google Ads
- Work directly with the ad operations team to build and deploy display media campaigns
- Monitor performance and proactively suggest optimisations to improve results
- Assist in creating clear and accurate media plans
- Manipulate and analyse data to support performance reporting and insights
- Create reports, provide commentary and optimisations, and present these to clients
- Attend meetings, capture actions and follow through on deliverables
- Liaise with publishers, creative agencies and internal teams to ensure campaign milestones are met
- Monitor media and identify opportunities or ideas for the wider team
- Develop an understanding of healthcare systems, pharmaceutical advertising regulations and relevant therapy areas
Requirements
- Some experience in paid media, paid social or digital marketing, either agency or in house
- Exposure to platforms such as LinkedIn Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers and data
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, can do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- A genuine interest in marketing and the role of healthcare advertising globally
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising is beneficial but not essential

- You will work closely with a senior member of the media team, supporting day to day activity across key accounts.
