RealWork is seeking a Full-Cycle Account Executive for B2B inside sales, selling marketing and reputation management solutions to home service contractors. The role requires 2+ years of phone-based outbound sales experience and a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities
- Utilize Salesforce and various CRM systems, sourced leads, cold calls, and email to generate and close new sales opportunities
- Identify prospective customer needs and highlight solutions offered via RealWork's reputation management and sales platform
- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections in a transactional sales cycle
- Efficiently manage curated and pre sourced leads to set and close successful product demonstrations
- Participate in daily sales meetings to share strategies for success
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of previous full cycle phone based outbound sales in SMB, selling marketing, software, or services
- Familiarity with fast paced startup environment
- Collaborative mindset and emotional intelligence
- Self starter and intrinsically motivated
- Creative thinker with ability to approach challenges with new ideas
- Confident communicator and excellent listener via phone and video calls
