Role Description

  • Assess clients' healthcare insurance needs and recommend appropriate medical insurance plans.
  • Explain policy benefits, exclusions, limits, and terms and conditions.
  • Obtain quotations from various insurance companies using UAE insurance portals.
  • Compare benefits, pricing, and network providers; prepare comparison reports for clients.
  • Negotiate premiums and coverage with insurers where applicable.
  • Arrange policy issuance upon client confirmation and create a positive onboarding experience.
  • Process new business applications and coordinate policy renewals.
  • Manage individual and corporate medical insurance schemes, assisting HR departments with administration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance companies.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and handle CRM.
  • Follow internal brokerage policies and procedures; stay updated with new insurance products and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of insurance portals and tools as per UAE regulations.
  • Ability to assess clients' healthcare insurance needs and recommend appropriate plans.
  • Experience in obtaining quotations from multiple insurance companies and comparing benefits.
  • Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in policy administration and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Knowledge of individual and corporate medical insurance schemes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle CRM and maintain confidentiality.
