Responsibilities
- Assess clients' healthcare insurance needs and recommend appropriate medical insurance plans
- Explain policy benefits, exclusions, limits, and terms and conditions to clients
- Obtain quotations from various insurance companies using UAE insurance portals
- Compare benefits, pricing, and network providers; prepare comparison reports for clients
- Negotiate premiums and coverage with insurers where applicable
- Arrange policy issuance upon client confirmation and create a positive onboarding experience
- Process new business applications and coordinate policy renewals
- Manage individual and corporate medical insurance schemes, assisting HR departments with administration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance companies
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and handle CRM
- Follow internal brokerage policies and procedures; stay updated with new insurance products and regulatory changes
Requirements
- Knowledge of insurance portals and tools as per UAE regulations
- Ability to assess clients' healthcare insurance needs and recommend appropriate plans
- Experience in obtaining quotations from multiple insurance companies and comparing benefits
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills
- Proficiency in policy administration and maintaining accurate client records
- Knowledge of individual and corporate medical insurance schemes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
