About The Sales Team

Job Summary

  • The Account Executive (AE) is a pivotal role within Emplifi's social sales team.
  • This individual carries an individual quota target and is responsible for driving new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and exploring opportunities for cross selling and upselling.
  • The Account Executive will have a specific focus on either a geographically based territory or named account territory.

What You'll Do Here

  • New Business Development: Prospect and identify new business opportunities, develop pipeline, present solutions.
  • Account Management: Foster and grow relationships with existing clients, understand their goals and challenges.
  • Cross selling and Upselling: Recognize opportunities to offer additional or premium services.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy, utilize CRM tools, provide feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Lead Development: Identify, research, and engage potential leads through various channels.
  • Pipeline Management: Consistently manage and update sales pipeline, forecast potential sales activities.

What You'll Bring to Us

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services including e commerce, social media, content marketing.
  • An AI first mindset, with ability to leverage AI tools to simplify processes and boost efficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent Arabic and English language skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
