We are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for sales, prospecting, and servicing a commercial lines book of business.
You’ll build and maintain a meaningful pipeline of prospective customers, close sales with new business, and deliver excellent, timely service—acting as a key liaison between the customer and insurance carriers, including when claims arise.

What you’ll do here:
• Sell commercial insurance policies and drive new business growth for your book
• Develop and maintain a prospect list and execute sales planning/business development activities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including visiting customer sites
• Prepare proposals and coordinate account placement with insurers, leveraging broad market access and internal specialty resources
• Keep abreast of market knowledge, products, pricing issues, and placement opportunities
• Gather and document relevant information to ensure customers receive appropriate coverage and service
• Maintain book quality by adhering to underwriting rules and sound business practices

Valid Ontario Driver’s License
RIBO License (required)
CIP, FCIP, CAIB and/or CCIB (preferred)
Exposure to Epic (asset)
Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance sales experience
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
