Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and understand client objectives
- Translate client objectives into clear briefs for internal creative, production, and events teams
- Coordinate projects from concept through delivery
- Prepare proposals and presentations
- Track timelines and budgets
- Ensure high quality execution of campaigns and signage solutions
- Monitor campaign performance and address client feedback
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to maintain strong client satisfaction and long term partnerships
- Contribute to new business opportunities by identifying prospects and supporting pitches
Requirements
- Strong client relationship and account management skills
- Project management skills such as planning, time management, budgeting, and attention to detail
- Marketing and advertising skills, including understanding of branding, campaign development, and basic knowledge of signage, events, and exhibition solutions
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Collaboration and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is beneficial
- Previous experience in advertising, marketing agencies, or signage and events industries in the MENA region is an advantage
- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills and familiarity with the Saudi market are highly beneficial

Role Description
- The Account Executive role is a full time, on site position based in Jeddah.
- The Account Executive will manage client relationships, understand client objectives, and translate them into clear briefs for internal creative, production, and events teams.
- Daily tasks include coordinating projects from concept through delivery, preparing proposals and presentations, tracking timelines and budgets, and ensuring high quality execution of campaigns and signage solutions.
- The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, addressing client feedback, and collaborating closely with cross functional teams to maintain strong client satisfaction and long term partnerships.
- The Account Executive will actively contribute to new business opportunities by identifying prospects and supporting pitches.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong client relationship and account management skills, including communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess project management skills such as planning, time management, budgeting, and attention to detail for handling multiple campaigns and deliverables.
- Candidates should possess marketing and advertising skills, including understanding of branding, campaign development, and basic knowledge of signage, events, and exhibition solutions.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem solving skills to interpret client needs, resolve issues, and improve campaign performance.
- Candidates should possess collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with creative, production, and events teams in a fast paced environment.
