Measures of Success

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• 10+ years of experience in process control, industrial automation, or related industrial technology sales
• Demonstrated success closing large, complex, multi-year solution sales
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close greenfield and expansion opportunities
• Deep understanding of sales metrics, pipeline management, and CRM accountability
• Strong business acumen with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex sales environments
• Salesforce experience preferred

Compensation

• This position offers a base salary range of $125,000 to $150,000, based on experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for a variable compensation plan.
• The posted salary range represents a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
