Role Overview
The Direct Sales team develops customer relationships and generates sales for Dell Technologies product solutions.
The Account Executive - Enterprise role focuses on account development, expansion, and new opportunity generation.
Responsibilities
- Develop brand new accounts and expand existing accounts.
- Build relationships with organisational end-users and generate meaningful sales.
- Manage mid-market accounts across the territory.
- Drive cross-sell and up-sell growth.
- Win net-new opportunities.
- Build customer champions and navigate buying committees.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene.
- Accelerate growth and customer satisfaction across the territory.
Team Context
The role is part of Dell Technologies’ Direct Sales team.
The team connects Dell’s product solutions with customer organisations.
Requirements
- Capability to manage mid-market accounts within a direct sales territory.
- Capability to expand account footprints through cross-sell and up-sell activities.
