Sales Accountabilities
- Own the full sales cycle from inbound outreach and lead qualification through signed agreement.
- Run discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and close deals.
- Understand client needs, pain points, and growth goals.
- Recommend executive assistant placement, AI specialist placement, or AI consulting services.
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and maintain strong lead-to-close conversion.
- Track activity, deal stages, notes, and forecasts in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently to move opportunities forward.
- Refine messaging, scripts, and objection handling and share feedback with marketing and leadership.
- Build trust with founders and operators and deliver a strong client experience.
