Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships for interior design and 3D visualization projects
- Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and coordinate project scopes, timelines, and deliverables

- Track progress from concept through approvals and final delivery
- Maintain CRM records, follow up on leads, support marketing activities

Role Description
- The Account Executive is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home.
- The role involves managing client relationships for interior design and 3D visualization projects, including responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, and coordinating project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- The Account Executive will liaise between clients and the design team, ensure clear communication of requirements, and track progress from concept through approvals and final delivery.
- Daily tasks include maintaining CRM records, following up on leads, supporting marketing activities, and assisting with documentation for fit out and authority approvals.
- The role also includes identifying new business opportunities, nurturing long term client partnerships, and contributing to a professional, client focused service experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong client relationship management, account management, and customer service skills.
- Candidates should possess skills in sales, lead generation, and business development within design, architecture, or related industries.
- Candidates should possess communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to explain design services and project plans clearly.
- Candidates should possess organizational, time management, and basic project coordination skills for handling multiple client accounts.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with interior design and 3D visualization concepts, and an ability to understand design terminology and workflows.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, online meeting platforms) and basic CRM or sales tracking software.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is beneficial.
- Experience working in Dubai or the UAE market, including understanding of local business practices and fit out/approval processes, is an advantage.
