About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop creative content ideas and campaign concepts aligned with client objectives and brand identity
- Plan, create, and manage monthly social media content calendars across multiple platforms
- Create engaging Instagram/Facebook stories, story sequences, and interactive content ideas
- Attend and support weekly shoots for client brands, including content planning and coordination
- Shoot content independently on a phone when required, including videos, photos, reels, stories, and behind the scenes content
- Support content strategy for campaigns, launches, activations, and always on social media communication
- Coordinate with internal teams including design, video, copy, media, and strategy to ensure smooth execution
- Prepare clear creative briefs for designers, videographers, editors, and content creators
- Stay updated with social media trends and suggest relevant ideas for client brands
- Review content outputs to ensure they match the brief, brand tone, and campaign objective
- Monitor content performance and share basic insights or recommendations for improvement
- Manage client communication, approvals, feedback, and timelines in a clear and organized manner
Requirements
- Previous experience in social media, digital marketing, account management, or content strategy
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Ability to create strong monthly content calendars with fresh ideas, stories, reels, and campaign led content
- Comfortable shooting content on a phone and supporting weekly content shoots
- Good writing and communication skills for captions, briefs, presentations, and client updates
- Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and deliverables

- Knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google Drive, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and campaign performance.
