Account Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Account Development Representative to join our growing team.

This role is designed for an early-career professional who wants broad exposure to sales, customer engagement, partner relationships, and business operations.

This role will provide hands-on experience across lead generation, customer adoption, product demonstrations, account support, and internal process improvement.

• Research target markets, customer segments, and strategic partners.
• Generate, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and outbound outreach.
• Conduct cold calls, warm calls, and email campaigns to engage prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate prospect, lead, and opportunity data in CRM systems.
• Support customer discovery calls, product demonstrations, sales presentations, and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with the sales team to advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, resellers, partners, and key accounts while supporting account management activities.
• Prepare customer-facing proposals, presentations, reports, and sales documentation.
• Support internal sales processes, cross-functional initiatives, and special projects that drive company growth.
