Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Account Collection Officer to join its team in the UAE.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- At least five years of UAE experience in account collection or accounting is required.
- Construction industry experience is required.
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures is required.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day account collection and accounting activities.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and customer accounts.
- Record and maintain financial transactions.
- Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Assist with invoicing, payroll, and tax-related activities.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 2,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person in Dubai, UAE.
