Responsibilities
- Work with Account Managers to develop and optimize social media strategies and content for integrated marketing campaigns
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
- Utilize social listening tools and native platform features to inform ongoing content and to capitalize on real-time trends
- Stay up-to-date on platform updates and new technologies, and loop in creative, brand management, and client teams as necessary
- Assist in reporting efforts, utilizing analytics and conversation/sentiment to optimize content
- Proactively search for relevant engagement opportunities for brands and communicate with online communities in a timely manner
- Identify new opportunities and make strategic recommendations in order to establish our clients as leaders in their industries
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management with a particular focus on the following platforms: ○ Instagram ○ TikTok ○ Twitter ○ Facebook
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Hands-on experience in content creation efforts
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Exceptional organizational skills; this role will require the ability to oversee and coordinate efforts between various departments in order to execute campaign asks
- Client-facing communication experience
- Desire to push Get Engaged and our clients to unique, new whitespaces
