Accommodation Coordinator - Foyer Central

We are looking for a strong leader and relationship builder who is committed to empowering young people. You will bring:

At least two years of leadership experience, including staff supervision and coaching young people towards independent living.

Strong networking and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with housing providers, community organisations, and support services.

A deep understanding of the challenges faced by young people leaving care.

Experience working within a strengths-based, trauma-informed framework, with a commitment to Advantaged Thinking (or a willingness to learn).

Excellent organisational and communication skills, including experience with rostering, case documentation, and tenancy management.

Tertiary qualifications in Social Sciences, Community Services, or a related field.

Current NSW Drivers Licence, Working with Children Check (WWCC), and National Police Check.
