Control and monitor access to secure construction areas and verify badges and authorizations
Inspect personnel, materials, and equipment in accordance with CSP and Post Orders
Conduct interior and exterior patrols and document all activity
Identify, document, and report security incidents, discrepancies, or power loss
Coordinate with CSTs for delivery inspections and alternative entrance access
Perform duties in compliance with the SOW, CSP, and Guard Orders
Ensure only authorized personnel, materials, tools, and vehicles are granted access
Conduct required inspections and walking patrols to maintain security coverage
Clearance: Active Secret clearance required (JPAS/DISS)

Age Requirement: 21 years or older *Note this is a government, not a company, requirement
Experience in access control or security for classified facilities or construction sites
Ability to control access points and screen personnel and materials
Ability to conduct walking patrols and maintain security presence
Ability to complete security documentation and reports
Ability to conduct extended walking patrols
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move throughout secure facilities for extended periods of time
Position may require occasional lifting and/or movement of moderate amounts of weight, depending on assignment requirements
Familiarity with Construction Security Plans (CSP), incident reporting, and patrol tracking systems preferred

Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week across 4–5 days (dependent on shift)
Overtime Hours: Some overtime available
Flexibility Requirements: Must be available to support weekend shifts on a rotating schedule
Local Rate: $ 27.00 per hour
