- Install, troubleshoot and repair access control systems, controllers, readers, locks, and panels
- Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and support Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- Prepare service reports and technical documentation
- Ensure maximum system uptime and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of hands on experience with enterprise access control systems
- Strong knowledge of access control panels, relay logic, magnetic locks, biometric readers, and wiring
- Experience with CEM Systems, Honeywell and LenelS2 OnGuard
- Valid UAE driver's license is an advantage
