The Accelerated Career Development Program is a two-year immersive development program that provides skill advancement, mentorship, real-world experience, and targeted training to accelerate participants into project management, sales, or product specialist career pathways . These pathways have been intentionally and thoughtfully curated to align with Vanguard’s evolving business needs—ensuring we are building the capabilities required for today while preparing crew and leaders for what’s next. Each participant will rotate through different divisions, take on key assignments, support long-term strategic initiatives, and help shape the experience of our fifty million investors worldwide!
