Desert Falcon Football Club is seeking a passionate and qualified Academy Coach to plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality coaching sessions for players aged U6-U18 in Dubai. The role requires a minimum UEFA C coaching qualification, 3+ years of UAE coaching experience, and a valid driving license.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, technically rich coaching sessions aligned to the Desert Falcons coaching syllabus
- Coach elite level players across age groups from U6 through to U18
- Attend and contribute to match days, tournaments, and club events
- Submit session plans and player notes to the shared drive after each session
- Communicate professionally with parents and escalate concerns to the Academy Director
- Attend monthly CPD days and pursue ongoing qualification development
- Uphold and role model the Desert Falcons Code of Conduct
Requirements
- Minimum Level 1 (UEFA C) football coaching qualification
- Demonstrable experience coaching elite level players across U6 to U18 age groups
- Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience in the UAE
- Valid driving license and personal transport
- Current safeguarding certificate or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication skills in English

Role Overview
- The academy coach will plan, deliver, and evaluate high quality coaching sessions for players across age groups U6 U18, working closely with the Academy Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, technically rich sessions aligned to the Desert Falcons coaching syllabus.
- Coach elite level players across age groups from U6 through to U18 to the highest standards.
- Attend and actively contribute to all match days, tournaments, and club events as required.
- Submit session plans and player notes to the shared drive promptly after each session.
- Communicate professionally with parents and escalate concerns to the Academy Director immediately.
- Attend monthly CPD days and pursue ongoing qualification development.
- Uphold and role model the Desert Falcons Code of Conduct at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum Level 1 (UEFA C) football coaching qualification. Level 2 / UEFA B is an advantage.
- Demonstrable experience coaching elite level players across U6 to U18 age groups.
- Genuine commitment to continuous development as a coach.
- Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience in the UAE.
- Valid driving license and personal transport.
- Current safeguarding certificate or willingness to obtain.
- Punctual, reliable, organized, and strong communicator in English.
