Academic Program Supervisor

The Program Supervisor will assist in managing and supporting the day-to-day operations for multiple schools in the New York area.

Assisting the company in assuring overall program quality – operationally and academically are met by conducting observations, fostering positive relationships with employees and clients, meeting complience requirements and collaborating with the management team on best practices.

The Academic Program Supervisor works closely with Learn It’s staff to create the most effective and efficient learning environment for students, school administrators and support staff.

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Supervisory or leadership experience in public, private or charter education and instruction or counseling preferred.
• Teaching experience required.
• Travel within the New York area, is required. Personal and reliable transportation required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.
• Oral and written communication skills are clear and persuasive in positive or negative situations; Must have the ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner
