Role Overview
Coordinate academic programs and processes across technology, marketing, academic teams, partners, faculty, and students.
Support student selection, program development, academic monitoring, diploma approval, promotion, and academic personnel recruitment.
Team and Process Coordination
- Draft and monitor processes between the technology platform team and the academic team.
- Meet with thesis supervisors to understand student challenges and devise solutions with the technology team.
- Draft and implement academic rules and program guidelines.
- Verify course content before uploading it to the platform.
Recruitment and Selection
- Review applicant files containing a CV, research proposal, and video presentation.
- Conduct selection interviews by video conference and prepare summaries covering academic background, professional experience, motivation, application relevance, and research quality.
Program Content and Development
- Design programs and support their evolution.
- Review and approve course syllabi and compile educational booklets.
