Position Overview
The Academic Program Coordinator supports technology, academic, and marketing teams in implementing, promoting, and managing academic programs.
The role combines project management, academic oversight, marketing content creation, and coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Project Management
- Create and write academic programs tailored to institutional needs.
- Oversee events, conduct online follow-ups, and manage executives and students attending Dubai seminars or study programs.
- Design learning expeditions and travel arrangements and support candidate onboarding.
Academic Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technology and academic teams to improve program quality and delivery.
- Lead student recruitment and selection, contribute to content development, and monitor participant educational progress.
