Responsibilities

Requirements

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, principles, and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports

Position Overview
- RedTeam Academy is currently seeking a motivated and results orientated Academic Counselor in cybersecurity and ethical hacking to join our dynamic sales team.
- The primary focus of this role is to engage with potential students interested in enhancing their skills and knowledge in cybersecurity and ethical hacking through our specialised courses.
- The Academic Counselor will leverage telecommunication channels, email marketing, and social media platforms to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive enrolment.
- This is a target based position that requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for cybersecurity education.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to individuals and organisations interested in cybersecurity and ethical hacking training programmes, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our courses.
- Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to reach potential students, providing them with valuable insights and information about our cybersecurity and ethical hacking offerings.
- Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to identify and connect with cybersecurity professionals, IT professionals, and individuals interested in advancing their careers in cybersecurity.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through proactive lead generation strategies, including cold calling, networking events, and industry partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, including email templates, scripts, case studies, and promotional materials tailored to the cybersecurity and ethical hacking audience.
- Manage customer relationships and interactions through the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up to date records of leads, communications, and sales activities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating consistent performance and achievement in a competitive sales environment.

Compensation
- We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary, commission structure, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 AED3,000.00 per month.
