Platos Planet Training Center is seeking a dynamic Female Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents, convert inquiries into admissions, and ensure excellent post-enrollment services.

Responsibilities
- Handle walk in, phone, and online inquiries about academic and skill based programs
- Understand student and parent needs and recommend suitable courses
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Maintain records of leads, follow ups, and admissions using CRM
- Coordinate with students and parents for class schedules, assessments, and academic progress
- Address student/parent concerns promptly and professionally
- Manage student records, fee details, and attendance
- Assist in organizing academic events, workshops, and activities
- Maintain positive relationships with students and parents to encourage referrals and renewals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in sales, counselling, or customer service roles (preferably in education)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales driven mindset with a passion for education
- Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic work environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
