Qualification And Experience

  • Ph.D./ MBA / Any other Master’s Degree in a discipline related to the relevant management area.

Job Profile

  • Assist faculty members in planning and delivery of courses, including preparation of session plans, academic materials, and support for Degree Granting Programmes.
  • Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading course materials, updating continuous evaluation scores, and monitoring assignment/project submissions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor quizzes, assignments, projects, mid term and end term examinations, and other evaluation components in collaboration with faculty members.
  • Provide invigilation support for offline and online proctored examinations, ensuring discipline, fairness, and compliance with institutional rules and regulations.
  • Assist in the evaluation process, including preparation and verification of grade sheets, ensuring accuracy of marks, and adherence to prescribed formats and timelines.
  • Coordinate re evaluation processes and examination related student queries in consultation with course instructors and the Academic Office.
  • Act as a liaison between faculty and the Academic Office, ensuring smooth execution of academic processes and timely communication.
  • Maintain student records and academic data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates.
  • Address student academic concerns professionally, supporting a transparent and effective learning and evaluation environment.
  • Support academic scheduling, course coordination, and management of multiple courses/programmes, including executive programmes where applicable.
  • Contribute to academic and institutional activities, including guest lectures, seminars, conferences, convocation, and other key events.
  • Assist faculty in research and academic development activities, including case writing, research work, academic content development, and curriculum enrichment.

Stipend & Benefits

  • In the range of Rs. 30,000/ to Rs. 38,000/ per month for candidates with PG degree and Rs.40,000/ to Rs. 45,000/ for candidates with Ph.D. degree, depending on qualifications, experience and performance in the interview.
  • Academic associates will have access to library resources of the Institute.
  • Variable stipend after completion of one year and further continuation based on performance.

Contract

  • Fixed term appointment for a period of up to two years on a consolidated monthly stipend.
  • Contract may be extended based on performance and Institute’s requirements; total tenure shall not exceed four years.
