Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for all student inquiries via phone, email, and walk ins.
  • Conduct detailed consultations to understand the career goals of prospective students and recommend suitable beauty courses and programs.
  • Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling propositions of our academy.
  • Follow up diligently with leads to build relationships and close sales deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to final enrollment and onboarding.
  • Maintain an in depth knowledge of all course curricula, schedules, and fee structures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to optimize sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 3 years of proven experience in sales, counseling, or client facing roles within the UAE.
  • Prior experience in a Beauty Academy, Beauty Clinic, or the beauty/wellness sales industry is a MUST.
  • A smart, presentable, and dynamic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven ability to close sales and meet targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Tech savvy and proficient with MS Office and CRM software.
  • High school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic/Hindi/Tagalog, or other languages is a significant advantage.
