Responsibilities
- Respond to student inquiries through phone, email, and digital communication channels in a timely and professional manner
- Provide academic counseling and guidance on available programs, admission requirements, and study pathways
- Manage the complete admissions cycle from initial inquiry to final enrollment
- Follow up with prospective students to support conversion and enrollment objectives
- Maintain accurate and up to date records in the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams including academic, admissions, and operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Plan and implement methods to improve admissions and achieve enrollment targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
- Strong academic or professional background in Technology, Computer Science, IT, or related technical fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in academic advising, student recruitment, admissions, or a related education sector role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving enrollment or admissions targets
- Proficient in MS Office, internet applications, and CRM systems
