Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support academic programs across Cosmoversity Education’s portfolio
- Manage course schedules, maintain student records, and support faculty with teaching materials and curriculum related documentation
- Communicate with learners and instructors to address inquiries, ensure smooth program delivery, and support a positive learning experience
- Collaborate on curriculum implementation, assist with quality assurance processes, and help gather feedback to improve program design
- Work closely with internal teams to align academic operations with institutional policies and accreditation requirements
Requirements
- Education and Educational Leadership skills, demonstrating experience in academic administration or program coordination
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Curriculum Development skills, including supporting the design, organization, and documentation of course content and learning outcomes
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), student information systems, and standard office software tools
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail in record keeping and process execution
- Experience in executive education or higher education, especially in leadership, business, AI, sports management, or finance, is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with cross functional, geographically dispersed teams
