Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain marine A/C systems on yachts, speedboats, or other marine vessels
- Diagnose and repair A/C faults including refrigerant leaks, electrical faults, and compressor issues
- Overhaul and recharge marine A/C systems safely and efficiently
- Work under time pressure during yacht refits, charters, or peak operational seasons
- Integrate A/C systems into yacht management systems (e.g., alarms, automation controls)
Requirements
- Diploma or technical certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, HVAC Technology, or Marine Engineering
- 3–5 years of hands on experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of marine A/C systems on yachts, speedboats, or other marine vessels
- Experience with chilled water systems, direct expansion (DX) systems, and split A/C units
- Experience with brands such as Dometic, Cruisair, Marine Air Systems, Webasto, or equivalent marine HVAC manufacturers
- Experience diagnosing and repairing A/C faults including refrigerant leaks, electrical faults, and compressor issues
- EPA certification or equivalent for refrigerant handling (highly preferred)
- Basic knowledge of marine electrical systems, plumbing, and control wiring related to HVAC operations

Description
- RED SEA GLOBAL – REQUIRED FOR SAUDI ARABIA (NURSERY DIVISION) TECHNICIAN A/C MARINE MAINTENANCE 10 NOS
- Diploma or technical certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, HVAC Technology, or Marine Engineering.
- Specialized training in marine HVAC systems (chillers, split units, self contained systems).
- EPA certification or equivalent (for refrigerant handling) is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of marine electrical systems, plumbing, and control wiring related to HVAC operations.
- Experience – Marine A/C Technician (Yachts & Speedboats) 3–5 years of hands on experience.
- Proven experience working with chilled water systems, direct expansion (DX) systems, and split A/C units.
- Brands such as Dometic, Cruisair, Marine Air Systems, Webasto, or equivalent marine HVAC manufacturers.
