About the Role

Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose system issues and perform routine and preventive maintenance
- Check electrical connections and monitor refrigerant levels
- Respond to service calls and document work performed
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members, follow company procedures and safety standards
Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving AC system issues
- Experience in preventive maintenance for air conditioning units
- Solid understanding of electricity and electrical safety in relation to HVAC systems
- Familiarity with EPA or equivalent environmental and refrigerant handling standards
- Previous experience as an AC Technician or in HVAC maintenance
- Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and wiring diagrams
- Good communication skills and customer oriented approach
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in HVAC, refrigeration, or related field
