Key Accountabilities
- Complete planned preventive maintenance according to the agreed schedule and FM service contract requirements.
- Respond positively and promptly to client inquiries as part of the service team.
- Complete assigned work in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company values.
- Coordinate with the immediate supervisor to control costs and inventory and achieve productivity targets.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety requirements and best practices.
- Document maintenance and compliance activities for required audits and perform follow-up actions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Hold an ITI or trade certificate in air conditioning.
- Have at least three years of relevant experience in the UAE.
Technical Skills
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot FCU, AHU, FAHU, and VRF systems.
- Operate and maintain split and window air-conditioning units.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot chilled water systems, including primary and secondary motors.
- Perform motor winding and compressor winding tests.
- Align motor bearings and shafts.
- Replace motors, compressors, and blower units.
- Read and write English for completing reports.
- Use basic computer applications.
- Chiller operation and maintenance experience is desirable.
